ISLAMABAD - Habib Bank Limited (HBL) made 180-4 in 57.5 overs in their first innings against PIA in the President’s Trophy Grade-I second round match here at Marghazar ground on Saturday. Shan Masood made unbeaten 74 while Imran Farhat 56. Shoaib Malik got 2-40. Earlier, PIA resumed their first innings at the overnight total of 279-6 in 78 overs and were bowled out for 343 in 95.2 overs. Anwer Ali made 61 while Fahad Iqbal added 52 and Anup Ravi 51. Sarmad Anwar got 4-109 and Abdul Ameer 3-59. At KRL Stadium, KRL took a vital 17-run first innings lead against State Bank. KRL made 437-7 in 124 overs. At National Ground, SNGPL is all set to lose the game against ZTBL as they lost two-second innings wickets for 35 runs in 12 overs needing another 332 runs for victory on the final day.–Staff Reporter
