Bugti murder case: ATC orders Musharraf to appear in court at every cost

QUETTA: The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday ordered former military dictator president Pervez Musharraf to appear in the court on the next hearing in Akbar Bugti murder case.
ATC additional judge Tariq Kasi was hearing Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case. During the hearing the court ordered former president Pervez Musharraf to come to the court at every cost.
The judge while passing his remarks said that if Musharraf did not appear in the court, Adyala Jail superintendent would have to come in the court in this regard.
The court adjourned the hearing till October 22.
Former interior minister Aftab Shairpao was also present in the court.
Later talking to the media, he said that he was staying in Quetta for three days due to non-appointment of judge.
He said that number of flights from Quetta has been decreased, causing tremendous problems for passengers.
He also expressed his reservation over slow speed of rescue services for calamity-hit people in Balochistan.
